During my recent family trip to Serenity Sands, I found some contrasting elements worth noting. The location is undeniably stunning, just a short stroll to Serenity Beach. The friendly staff impressed us with their willingness to assist, like securing our rental bike and storing our luggage after checkout. The rooms fell short of expectations. While the photos online suggest a more luxurious experience, the reality was not aligned, showing a bit of wear and tear. It's essential to approach this place as a budget-friendly option rather than a luxury resort. Housekeeping could improve, and amenities such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked as expected, but weren't exceptional. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace and garden area, making it family-friendly. Ultimately, Serenity Sands has potential for value-conscious visitors but manage your expectations regarding the luxury aspect. You might find it worthwhile for a budget stay.
